As an inspection engineer, you work for a safer society. In your role, you prevent both personal and property damage by conducting electrical revision inspections. Your main tasks will involve working with electrical revision inspections and contract inspections within the industry and public administration in southern Halland and northern Skåne. The position is based in Halmstad or Helsingborg.

In the role of inspection engineer, you may be engaged in electrical safety investigations, risk analyses, thermography, energy analyses, or other investigations and projects. Other examples of assignments may include working with the classification of explosive areas and conducting electrical safety training. Depending on your interests, a combination of inspection assignments with other tasks in areas such as electrical design, electrical power, project management, or automation may also be possible.

We support not only external clients but also colleagues within AFRY with our specialist expertise. You will work on various types of projects and assignments, which will be guided by your skills, client needs, and your personal ambitions and development plan. Our section offers you exciting and challenging tasks in a friendly team that is eager to welcome more colleagues. AFRY's inspection engineers are authorized by the Electrical Board (EN) for revision inspections of electrical installations. We have several revision inspection engineers who collaboratively develop our inspection operations.

Qualifications

To fit well in this role, you should have broad and extensive experience in the electrical field, both theoretical and practical. Since you will be working on assignments throughout southern Halland and northern Skåne, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
